Once your content is ready, publish directly to your connected social accounts. Schedule posts for optimal times and let the platform handle formatting automatically.

## How to Publish

1. **Select Your Content** -- From Assets, choose the video or image you want to post.
2. **Choose Platforms** -- Select which connected accounts should receive this content. You can post to multiple platforms at once.
3. **Customize Per Platform** -- Edit captions, hashtags, and descriptions for each platform. The preview shows exactly how it will appear.
4. **Schedule or Post Now** -- Set a specific date/time or publish immediately. The system suggests optimal posting times based on your audience.

## Connecting Accounts

Go to **Integrations** and click the platform you want to add. You will be redirected to authorize access through the platform's official OAuth flow. We never store your passwords -- all tokens are encrypted at rest.

Each platform has different content requirements (aspect ratios, length limits, etc.). Social Neuron automatically adjusts your content to meet each platform's specifications -- no manual reformatting needed.
